The Sales MOT:
A structured sales audit that shows what's working, what's getting in the way, and gives you a clear 90-day plan to put it right.
Find Where Revenue and Opportunities Are Being Lost
The Problem
Busy Isn't the Same as Growing
There's plenty going on in your business. Your team is busy, enquiries are coming in and quotes are going out. But is all that activity actually turning into sales?
It's easy to lose sight of what's working when you're caught up in the day-to-day. Perhaps your pipeline looks promising, but you're not entirely sure which deals will come through. Follow-ups slip down the priority list, existing customers don't get the attention they deserve, and you're still the person everyone turns to when a commercial decision needs making.
Individually, these things might not seem like a big deal. But over time, they can make a surprising difference to your bottom line.
That's where my Sales MOT comes in. I'll take a fresh, objective look at how your business wins and retains customers, identify where you're losing potential revenue and help you work out what needs to change. Not just another report full of recommendations, but practical steps you can actually put into action.

Is the Sales MOT Right for You?
It's a good fit for you if ...
You run an owner-managed business
You're busy, but you can't say with confidence what's working
You want a practical plan to work to, not theory
Sales and follow-up depend too heavily on you
It's probably not for you if ...
You're looking for a sales training programme
You want someone to take over your sales without your involvement
And After the Sales MOT?
Many clients take the Commercial Growth Blueprint and run with it themselves. It is designed to prompt action, with quick wins as well as longer term plans.
However, if you'd like support making it happen, whether that's regular challenge, senior commercial leadership or hands-on help, I can provide it. I am able to work as a Fractional Sales and Commercial Director and on implentation of your sales audit.
